D:S Ratio Up to 12:1

Longer effective measurement distance – safer testing

Distance-to-Spot Ratio:

The spot diameter (S) represents the 90% energy circle. The spot diameter (S) increases as the measurement distance (D) increases.

Optimum measurement distance: 20cm – ensure the target size is larger than the spot size during measurement.

Measurement Method Guide

When measuring boiling liquids, do not allow smoke or water vapor to come into contact with the sensor. Hold the thermometer at a 45°–60° angle to the liquid surface with the sensor hole facing the liquid.

Industrial Thermometer (Not for Human Body Use)

Do not use for measuring human body temperature!

Do not point the laser directly at the eye or at reflective surfaces that could redirect the laser toward the eye, as this may cause injury!
