Description

The price of a thermometer is determined by four key factors:

  1. Repeatability / Measurement accuracy consistency

  2. Distance-to-spot ratio (D:S ratio)

  3. Temperature measurement chip

  4. Temperature measurement range

What is repeatability?

Repeatability refers to the error margin when measuring the same temperature multiple times.

Equipped with a high-precision sensor and a flagship-grade core processor, both accuracy and repeatability are significantly improved – making the thermometer more stable and reliable.

* The repeatability error of mainstream thermometers on the market is generally 2% to 1%. In contrast, this thermometer offers a repeatability of around 0.5% – both accuracy and repeatability are equally important for precise measurements.

What is D:S?

D:S is the ratio of the measurement distance to the target diameter.

The larger the D:S ratio, the farther the measurement distance can be, and the easier it is to obtain an accurate reading.

Adjustable Emissivity

Adjust the device's emissivity according to the material of the object being measured to achieve higher measurement accuracy (for reference only).

High/Low Temperature Alarm Function

Features red/green/blue three-color LED and buzzer sound alarm alerts – quickly detects abnormalities

  • HI High-Temperature Alarm: When the temperature exceeds the set maximum, the LED indicator turns red and an alarm sounds.

  • LO Low-Temperature Alarm: When the temperature falls below the set minimum, the LED indicator turns blue and an alarm sounds.
